​Thanks to the generous support of the Bissell Pet Foundation, the Humane Animal Treatment Society (HATS) is proud to partner with BPF for multiple events throughout the year aimed at emptying our shelters and saving more pets in need. These special adoption events allow us to offer reduced adoption fees, making it easier for loving families to welcome a furry friend into their homes.
