Giving Tuesday for the Dogs!

Sammy was frozen with fear when she arrived. She hadn't experienced much stability in her life and she needed help to build her confidence. With lots of patience, loving attention, and slow walks around the shelter to visit people, she finally began to let her sweet personality shine.

Sammy was fitted with a secure collar and harness so we could work with her safely and ensure she didn't get loose if she becomes scared. This Giving Tuesday, we set a goal of raising $2,500 to purchase 200 collars, 200 leashes, and 60 harnesses so we can help many more dogs like Sammy in the coming year!

We are so thrilled that YOU unleashed your generosity and exceeded our goal!

You support is providing a harness for a joyful walk in the park, the secure collar that holds identification tags, and that special leash which will be held by a loving adopter as they walk their new best friend out the door to their forever home!

I found it really touching how the article highlighted the different ways people can support the dogs, especially the story about those who go out of their way just to make sure each dog feels cared for. What a lovely initiative — thank you for sharing this and encouraging everyone to think about how we can support dogs in need. It’s inspiring to see the community come together for such a good cause, and the way you highlight simple ways to get involved makes it feel really accessible. Even when I’m busy with academic work and hunting for things like SolidWorks Assignment Help, posts like this are a great reminder of the positive impact we can have when we give a little of our time or resources. Keep up the great work
